Remember: Waiver form and Socks are absolutely required for everyone playing on equipment.
1) All reserved parties will require a $50 deposit to hold your date & time. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover, or cash only. Deposits are refundable if cancelled at least 3 weeks prior to the party. If cancelled less than 3 weeks from the party date, the deposit is non-refundable, but may be applied towards a future party within the next 3 months.
2) If your headcount is different than what was booked, we ask that you call with a final head count 72 hours before the party, to allow Crazy Frogs time to effectively prepare for your party. There will be an additional fee if your final head count exceeds the number booked (see details above), or an upgrade to the next package. The remaining balance is run at this time.
3) Please no confetti, streamers, piñatas, and/or silly string. An additional charge of $50 will be charged for clean up of these items.
4) A waiver must be completed for each child attending your party (Signed by their parent/legal guardian). No one is allowed in the bouncing arena without a signed waiver.
5) Parents and/or chaperones are responsible for supervising their children at all times.
